Think hip lounge seating that inspires conversation. Barbacks and shelving to display anything you could possibly imagine. Lighting that sets the mood, and textiles to send it all over the top. We’ve combed the globe for unique furniture and props you can’t find anywhere else, stamping your event with your very own unique style. 

Event Design

We offer event design services - for free - with every rental order. This includes a consultation to discuss your vision, and design boards and renderings to see it all come to life. This is perfect for clients who have a vision, but don’t know which pieces to select or how to pull it all together.

How It Works

VISIT

Visit our treasure trove of a warehouse and we’ll spend a little time dreaming together. We greet you with a smile, a glass of champagne (we call it a Pomp Tini!) and a perfectly iced cupcake.

Meander, relax on our couches, pick out a tune, ask questions, take photos. We don’t care what you do, just make yourselves at home and have fun. Make your selections, and a 50% deposit secures your order.

DESIGN

We love helping you conceptualize an out-of-this-world experience for your guests. We’ll be as collaborative with you as you’d like to create the designs for your event. This includes mood boards, renderings & floorplans. 

DELIVERY

With ninja-like precision, we deliver, unpack and install all of your pieces. We’re on time, every time. And we won’t leave until you love everything. Then when the party is over, we pick up, repack and return everything to our warehouse. 

RELAX

Unlike other event rental companies, our process requires so little of you except to show up in your best party outfit, relax and soak in the spectacular magic of your event. Voilà!

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Throughout Ohio, Pittsburgh and Detriot.

CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?

No, we only allow our items to be transported and set up by our delivery team.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

As soon as possible! If you have your heart set on certain pieces please book right away to ensure availability. We recommend inquiring 6 months prior to your event date.

HOW DO I RENT YOUR ITEMS?

Easy peasy! You can create a wishlist and submit it from our website, reach out through our website contact form or email/call us directly. We respond within 24 hours to chat about your vision and create a proposal for you. You can also schedule a time to visit our warehouse and see our items firsthand. We’re there Monday-Friday from 10 AM-4 PM. We can accommodate some Saturdays. Just reach out and we’ll let you know!

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, depending on your county. $1,000 for Cleveland Metro. $2,000 for Akron/Canton/Kent. $3000 for Youngstown/Warren. $7,000 for Columbus, Pittsburgh and Detroit. $8000 for Cincinnati. Please note, the rental minimum doesn’t include tax, fees, and labor and delivery charges. Those charges will vary by size and scope of your event and will be included in your proposal.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY ITEMS?

You can secure your order for your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your event. You sign and pay using our online secure payment system and our team is available to answer any questions along the way!

CAN I VISIT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Absolutely! Contact us at tracey@pompparties.com or 857-991-6970 to schedule a visit. We love for clients to see our items firsthand and help bring their vision to life. Visits are by appointment only. We’re there Monday-Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM. We can accommodate Saturday and Sunday visits with notice.

WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?

We charge a 10% picture perfect fee which covers normal wear and tear to the items. A delivery/pick-up fee depending on your location and event day and time. An onsite labor fee which varies depending on what items are in your order and how much time it takes to get the items to your space and set them up.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay online via credit card or send a check made out to Pomp LLC. Details will be in your invoice.

CAN I SET UP AND MOVE THE FURNITURE MYSELF?

Our furniture is so precious to us so we only allow our trained movers to place the furniture. This helps alleviate any stress you might have and assures that we can maintain our furniture in tip-top shape.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?

Design is our middle name! We absolutely love designing events and that’s our secret sauce. You give us your vision and we’ll create something that completely captures your vibe. Free of charge!

DO YOU DO SITE VISITS?

If the venue is within 10 miles of Cleveland we’ll do one site visit free of charge. If it’s farther out you’ll be charged depending on how long it takes us to get there and back.
